Not sure if it was just extremely poor **G but I seemed to not receive Unidentified Minerals in the mining guild when on OSRS Mobile. I was mining Adamant ores where the mineral has a drop rate of about 1 in 30. I managed to go through 6 Full inventories without receiving any.

I feel your pain, I've mined probably 20k iron ore and have 170 lol supposed to be 1/100 drop rate but I think it's all rng, I've mined probably 2 or 300 before and no mineral.
