Membership applies to a single account.
It is possible to play both RS3 and OSRS from the same account.

If you are using different logins to get into your RS3 account and your OSRS account then, you have two accounts and would require two memberships if you wanted both games to have member access.

Stop using one account and start playing the games totally from the other account.
