Only a few days left until my annual subscription runs out. Was about to get another, however since the recent bugs weren't allowing us to log in on mobile I've had nothing but problems since it has been back up. Every single time I switch to another app my account disconnects and makes me log back in. I wish this would stop. I would love to continue playing but mobile is my only option, and I enjoy a little afking and reading wiki on RS to learn more and keep my interest. Are there any plans to fix this?

Edit: I have tried to remove app and reinstall. Does no good.

Server where buging, and its a security thing that when you change app it log you off, it prevent you from dying if you are in a dangerous zone, or if you get your phone stolen, i play on mobile a lot and when im afking its happening but in case that im doing some slayer i need to be off the app for a good 2 minutes to log off

You could try to play on computer or give a chance to the game its worth it Hope to see you in game ^_^

How unfortunate. I do not use a computer at this stage in life. I work 14 hours a day, so mobile is my only option. If i get a phone call or do anything, like wiki stuff, I'm forced to log off. Irritating. If i ever get to a position where I can use a computer I'll play again, but until then, I guess I'm done. Played this on and off for 15 years. Guess it's back to off. Thanks for the reply.

Hey lonewolf, i don't usually look at these forums and i've come by your post by pure chance.
If you happen to re-visit your post in the future you should definately consider going to the official osrs discord server as you will be able to get a lot more help from the community compared to these forums.

AS for your problem being unable to play your game in the background on mobile without being disconnected, i don't have this issue at all. In fact, i'm logged in right now while simultaneously typing this, and using another app too.
If you're on android or ios i suggest making sure you don't have any power saving options turned on that would cause this issue.
This shouldn't be happening dude, and you should definately be able to find a way to fix it on your end, as it isn't the game itself causing the problem from my experience!
