mobile to pc wont work

Hi, I am trying to link my apple id osrs account to my desktop. I have successfully linked my account from mobile to a email apparently.(at least the website said i did). When i go to log in to my account which is linked with apple from my desktop, it asks for my authenticator pin, which i put in. Then it proceeds to tell me i have invalid credentials. Anyone know how to solve this bug?

Are they the instructions you followed? Did you validate your email address?
