Almost a year now with the same issues and multiple times I have reported and email the support team and not answer. Graphics issues: the trees and other objects like roof and rocks become white and lost their graphics. Another issues is when randomly the screen become totally black except for the mini map and the menu storage log. And lastly the most annoying of all the app issues, when randomly disconnects you and log you out, almost killing me multiple times. The mobile app is becoming impossible to use, I see no reason to keep paying membership when I do not get answers for any of the issues the app is experiencing.
