Hello,

I was advised to contact you by google support.
The issue is rather simple, I purchased 1 month of membership via mobile app.
Subscription was due to end January 14th 2020, but for some reason it was cancelled today.

When I made the payment I used my carrier as a payment method, which was confirmed both by you and google that it was successful.
However I canceled subscription in google, to avoid further charges, so that once this period is up, it wouldn't auto-renew and after it was done, both on your website messages and google play store that the subscription will continue until the remaining credit will run out, which was supposed to be 14th of January 2020.

Earlier today i was playing and the login message stated that I still have 27 days of membership, but after a quick break I took, suddenly I don't have any membership left.

Google support said that the issue is with the app, that the app was the one that auto-cancelled the payment (attached e-mail from google after the payment) and I should contact you.


The thing is as this payment was made using my carrier, the refund won't appear that fast and I can't afford to buy another membership this month.

Can you please resolve this issue?
