Out of curiosity, what mobile network are you on? I'm on o2, and I'm curious if it affects more than one network. I spoke with o2 who said they don't block/throttle, but Jagex support so far said it's not them, just me.

Hopefully the fact you have it as well will indicate to them that they've got something out of whack somewhere.

Okay, then we can probably eliminate mine or your mobile network as the cause (Jagex initially thought it was just my device). Now we just need to hope one of the mods notices this... I already raised a case (1905066), and I might tweet them too...

Hey guys. Same problem here. I’ve had this problem for like a week or so now. I’m from New Zealand. I’m with 2degrees. Osrs app works fine with wifi. But when I switch to mobile data, the login screen says it can*t connect to server. Please let me know if there is a fix to this. Cheers, Chris. C.B
