You could try messaging Billing Support to ask about this:

If you paid with credit card, use the Common Credit Card Issues support page (contact button at the bottom)

If you paid with PayPal, use the Common PayPal Issues support page (contact button at the bottom)

If you used a Runescape Pre-paid Game Card, use the Common Prepaid Card Issues support page (contact button at the bottom)

I can't do that because I can't even figure out how to get into the email. I used info from an account form early 2000s and I have NO clue what the email is or even what it could be it was an AOL or the password to it. I just remembered my old username and pass. But now I've put time into the account. I've looked everywhere where o can try to resolve this but idk what to do. Not like I can prove it's me cause Idk the info anymore. Guess I'm just out if luck here as usual with jagex. Can't change figure out how to change my email so I can't change password either. So if anything happens to my account it basically just gone. I figured jagex would know what to do since I'm sure I'm not the only one.

If you have game access, login and talk to Hans in Lumbridge.
Hans will tell you exactly how old your account is.

It sounds like you need to reset the linked email.
The linked email (registered email) holds the front door keys to your Runescape account.
You use it to retrieve a forgotten login, change passwords, manage Authenticator and secure the account.

To get it reset when you don't have access to the current email, go to the Changing your registered email support page and follow the instructions under "Don't have access to the registered email?"

Basically you will be doing a recovery of your Runescape account but Jagex need to see proof that YOU created the account.

The key pieces of proof are:
* Creation month/year (ask Hans)
* Creation location (you should know this)
* Creation ISP (ask your family for help if you don't know)
* early Password (you have a functioning password so you should be good for this one)
* earliest Payment information (you might not have complete information but you should still know who paid, how they paid and their postcode and email)

I recommend trying the recovery system and taking control of your account management, then contact Jagex Billing Support.
I haven't heard anything about membership compensation but I will try to find out if anything is planned.
