Mobile bond membership

Hey I bought a bond for the 14 day membership while I was playing on a PC. I wanted to play some while I was on break for work but when I log in on my phone it is registering my account as not having the 14 day membership. I've tried logging out multiple times and closing the app, even restarting my phone. Is there anyway to make it so the mobile version register's my bond usage? I currently can't log in on my phone because I'm in a member only area and it won't let me connect until I I'm no longer in that area.

Try this:
Login from a pc and move your character out of the members area
Then login through your phone into a F2p world,
Then log out fully - don't just close the app, click the logout button.
The try logging in with your phone into a members world.
