So I had a account. The name was fimaster100 which was compromised and I don't have access to that email no more. I worked so hard on my account. I tried to do the account recovery options and keep getting denied. I don't know what's going on.

information page for a list of the kind of information Jagex want to see.
Make sure you are identifying the account correctly i.e. correct login.
The login is what you set when you created the account. It will be either a username (if the account is > 9 years old) or an email (if the account is < 9 years old).
