I've now lost 2 days out of my 14 day member ship due to this Internet connection bug on mobile rs that retryS every 5 seconds . My internet is fine I just want to play my game again and be reimbursed my days of membership. Please fix this asap !

I havent been able to connect for about a week now, I'm having the same issue. I also pay for membership as well as buy bonds I would appreciate it if the dev's could fix this or reimburse the mobile player whom have n ok access to laptops. It's been 2 weeks now so it shouldnt be a problem but if this problem continues it could cause future damage to the reputation of the buisness. Which would suck, I love the game but not being able to access something I've been paying for is highly irritating.

at first i thought the problem was mine till i figured out i can go on you tube face book and google .... then i read forums ive also lost some days of membership.... it still wont connect jagex!! please fix were loosing days of membership here

Same issues here as well. Was running fine til friday night saturday morning and havent been able to play since then. I just bought a month membership friday, so i agree with the reimbursement as the only way on play is on mobile

I have had issues with my osrs app for at least two days now it just says failed to connect to server then a countdown from 5 and repeat until insane, is there any information on when this will be fixed and if any compensation for wasted membership is on the cards?
