I'm aware of people getting banned for fletching darts using touchscreen because it looked like they were macroing, is this an issue on mobile?

I've never heard of this being an issue for those who don't try to break the rules!

A finger or stylus will never touch the exact same spot (although it may look/feel like it) several times in a row when doing something repetitive such as darts... unless someone is macroing!
