have you tried removing the application, restarting your mobile device and reinstalling the application again after you have restarted your devive? This often does the trick. If you have done so and are still facing the same issues try, as I mentioned in Lkln other forum post, to lower your FPS to anything but
unlimted
and/or
60
as this will often temporarily fix the freezing issue. Ooh, shiny things!

Afraid none of those suggestions worked.
Set fps to 60 and then 30, restarted my phone, and then tried reinstalling.
The game "freezes" as soon as I call the butler to the stand on Android mobile

It's not a freeze, so much as it misses the cue to begin the conversation. I can move the camera and I see some of the court room attendees continuing to do their little movements. Reminds me of the issue the guardians of the rift quest had during the tutorial section, one of the students missed their trigger and players got stuck in the rift
