I have recently been forced to unsubscribe from paying for my membership. The past 2 days the old school runescape mobile app launches, but instead of allowing me to log in it keeps instructing me to check my internet’s connecting. It says it will attempt to reconnect again in 5 seconds. After 5 seconds it doesn’t not change and recounts another 5 seconds. I and really bummer that this suddenly happened because it was previously working just fine. I am only able to play on mobile so this is pretty inconvenient. I have just renewed membership and it’s going to waster but I am not sure when this will be fixed but I have suspended my membership untill this issue is fixed. Same here, I'm hoping they fix it within a week or I too will be forced to unsubscribe. Perfect signal and even connected to WiFi this morning, so that's not the issue.
Oh, I didn't know that, I've only found "connect to WiFi or make sure signal strength is good" answers.. hopefully they can resolve whatever is going on with the attacks though, missing some prime xp time that I'm paying for on this account and my other!
Good news my app just loaded the game. Hopefully this is up for good now. Thank you everyone involved with fixing this issue for all of us who wish to play this game I appreciate all that has been done for us. Thank you very much I will be resubscribing my membership.
