I've been playing mobile for over a year on the same phone and same service provider( att)
Now it not connecting to server for past 4 days and I tried the manual world select and now its saying not supported operating system. Anyone else having these problems? Jagex should refund all of our memberships for this month and until they can fix this for mobile users.
There is currently a working alternative. Remove your APP from running on your device, go to the OSRS website, manually select a UK world, and it will offer to open up in your app and it should load from there.
Make sure you remove the app from running on your device. Once I select the world it also says my device isn’t supported but still allows me to play.
I’m also having this connection issue I’ve tried going on without the app and it doesn’t matter how many different worlds I try none of the work it just keeps saying (trying again in 5) and it just keeps counting. It’s been doing this the last two days before that it was working fine. Where are you in fixing thus bug because I am coming up on renewing my membership and if the app is going to continue to have this issue then there is no point to pay for something I can** play. Any insight is appreciated
