Hello,

my friend just made yesterday a runescape account and i gave him member.
he want to play on a PC right now and everything is gone. i saw the stept to add a email address but i think it to late.

his name was ruudjjje123
but he cannot log in anymore because he hasnt made a passwoord. but now he need to make a new account but the name is alrerady in use so the account it still there?

any Mod can help with this problem

Yep, the account is still there with its name.
He can at any time set a password and login, the option is only removed once it has been set.

If it was created with Google, this will be the steps to set a login. :)
