Hi I've been using osrs mobile for months now was on it fine this morning now it's telling me it failed to connect to the server acting like I don't have internet my mobile data is working fine I've tried everything I can think of and it's still saying failed to contact server please check your internet connection
Why does this thread keep getting bumped to the top with no responses? Is it because there is no hostile replies in it? REALIZE HOW MANY HOURS THIS GAME FROM 20 YEARS AGO HAS BEEN DOWN YET THEY ARE ASKING MORE THEN A TRIPPLE A GAME COSTS. 999 is what game companies aim for. That 99.999% uptime. They haven't even ACKNOWLEDGED that its down...

Technical support is not something I have any skill or knowledge in but the guys who do have that knowledge hang out in the Community Led Technical support forum.
I expect they have already flagged the issue to anybody they are able to.
It hasn't helped that the problem popped up at 1:00 am in the morning.
Hahaha it's cute you think time matters when it comes to IT. I have stayed up for 40 hours to make sure my company of 6000 people could continue working. The time is not an excuse when all of your employees depend on it. At all times we would send updates. That was after a massive hard drive failure at 2am. We pay runescspe directly to do this though. Let that sink in.

Again i lose out on another day of osrs and another day of membership as well.servers have been down since last night!!!!! Thats almost 2 days of membership i lose out on. I sure hope i get re inversed for days lost. Please hurry and fix servers thanks.
