I can log onto runescape 3 app but not the osrs app, I open app and it says "failed to contact server, check your internet connection". My internet is fine, as I said I can log into rs3 on my mobile no problem.

Yeah I've been having the same issue off and on over the last day or 2 you're not alone, not sure what's going on.

Having this issue right now. I have multiple phones and none of them will load the app. Says failed to connect. Quite frustrating.

Same issue. Maybe its some type of ddos attack maybe? OSRS Player from the beginning!
