Hello, my name is dariel121, i was buying And selling items at the grand exchange and i got a off for a few minutes and when i tried to get back on i couldn’t. At first I thought it was a glitch due to constantly going online and offline;however, when I managed to get online , my account was at lumbridge completely *****, they took everything I owned. I still don’t understand how this happened since I don’t have Facebook and i am extremely careful with my passwords. I also read a post that many people have happened the same thing to them due to playing on mobile, could this be a really issue due to mobile playing?! Dariel121

At the very least you will need to ensure your account and devices used on the account are secure. You can find the instructions to this on the Boosting your account security Support page.

It is possible that you clicked on a malicious link that gave access to a third party onto the device in question. You can find information on this in the Phishing websites and suspicious emails Support page.

It is not possible to determine when the hacker gained access to your device(s), meaning that this may have been happening for quite some time before you were ultimately hijacked.

Unfortunately once the hijacking has occurred there is not much else you can do other than to secure your devices and do your best at preventing this from happening again, despite not knowing what the cause of it was in the first place.
