It's been over 5 hours now..... get it together... this is not acceptable for paying customers during prime time with no response or acknowledgement from support...
I paid for this outage of them doing nothing... literally I'm paying for nothing.... what is going on here? My job is in IT.... I'm a systems engineer... if this happened on my watch all of my coworkers and myself would be fired at this point. WT* is going on?
