Hi there,

I could not play over this weekend with terrible customer service and announcements from Jagex. Attempting to borrow a PC only led to extremely laggy quality that is unplayable.

This has subsequently wasted 3 days of my bond that was purchased.

Are we going to be compensated for these issues?
