I've lost 4 days of membership because I am a 90 % mobile only player I've played this game for about 16 years and never encountered a problem and haven't been able to find much feedback on it as this. We all understand that if you really want too play the game why not get on a computer? Well I myself am uncomfortable sitting at a desk and playing for hours that would be the main reason I returned too runescape was because mobile was released and I could take it with me where I wanted.
Now in the last 10 days I've lost 4 days of membership I've lost out on thousands in rank progression cant play league and I've had items in my bank decreasing in value by the millions because there not being put too use and not making any bond money so therefore I'm losing membership days and how am I supposed to make up for that?
At the very least jagex could give a pinned thread updating us with information about what's going on. Some sort of compensation for what we are missing out on ? I mean here we are Sunday the whole weekend is gone and no gains , lost days , lost bank value and no updating ?
