I'm one of many mobile users currently having issues logging in. I got it to work once by uninstalling the app and redonwloading it. But, that isn't working now either. Force stop won't work either. I do see where they have acknowledged some issues with mobile users, but that's it. I would love an update from Jagex to let me know they're actually working on this.
I am also having the same issue and have been having this issue since yesterday after the server was updated. Please let us know this is being worked on cause it's been 2 days now. I'd really like to use the membership that I pay for

So according to the OSRS app it can*t connect with server check your internet. Yet I’ve tried 4G 3G as well as wifi and still can*t connect. To add insult to injury the app works of my iPad. On the same wifi network but my mobile won’t. The tablet took a few goes to work. Funny enough I’m writing this reply on my iPhone so clearly have a network connection. Last few days has been harder to connect on mobile. Not sure if it’s a bug with the IOS version of the app. Not sure what’s happening but it is frustrating.as for me mobile is easier to play as I’m always on the move or at work so something to do on my lunch break.
