My app has been failing to connect to server for days now and I am a member that is a mobile only character wasteing membership days not even being able to play I tried everything does anybody know how to troubleshoot this? Thank you

Not only mobile.... Issues with PC and mobile alike. Rs3 works but osrs on both of and mobile have been having this issue for almost a week and the supposed fix they keep posting all over doesn't work on either platform either.

Getting the same thing here, been 4-5 days now without being able to get past the loading screen. Paying for membership, but no mod or anyone to give any feed back? There’s obviously something going on with it.

I am also having issues...it is quite frustrating...wasting membership, and time during the time sensative, twisted league....it's a shame...

Same issue here. Tried clearing cache and data on mobile app, changing server/world...nothing seems to work. KC

It is quite a downer as a member of runescspe for nearly 20 years mobile brought me back on twisted fate may be my undoing.
