My account was hacked yesterday and all of my stuff is gone. So i logged on yesterday after not logging on for awhile and im missing around 125 million in items or something stupid like that. all these items came from bonds that i paid for. I have had a membership going for awhile now and havnt had this problem. I do not share any of my information and have used all of the security measure that you have and still have been robbed. This is just not fair. I changed my password yesterday. I was hacked even with all of your guidelines at 2fa in place. i expect this to be fully refunded or resurrected and all of my items given back. I have seen that you guys can look back at game footage. Just take a look at that and youll see that this is completely ******** and you guys let hackers get away with this and the players pay the consequences with a Shrug of your shoulders and an " OH WELL"? I am furious. Ive spent 500 hours+ on this game and ALOT of money.

That's terrible to hear! I've been playing since 04 and only had 2 accounts. my main got hacked back in 2011 and when i finally got him recovered he was perm banned for botting. Just be lucky you still have yours intact. That made me quit for a good 7 years. Runescape 4 Lyfe!

Check your Authenticator - is it still active or has it been disabled?

If you find it still active , it means you have been phished or deceived into giving the hijacker direct access to the device you play Runescape from. They have then used this access to enter your account and steal your stuff.
This has probably occurred via a dodgy link in social media (Twitch, Youtube, Facebook).
Check this page: Phishing websites and suspicious emails

If you find your Authenticator has been disabled , it means your email is insecure.
The hijacker has used access to your email to retrieve your Runescape login and password and also disable Authenticator.
To re-secure your email: Keeping your email secure

If you want to report the hijack, email: [email protected]
Note that this is a 'no reply' email - Jagex will investigate but they won't report back to you.

They also do not replace stolen items or gp, they only replace items if the game itself has malfunctioned.

If your main was hijacked and banned in 2011, I recommend you try the ban appeal system to see if you can get the ban removed.

The appeal system has been massively updated since 2011 and it is certainly worth a try to get your account back.

Go to the Account Bans support page, read it and use the appeal button at the bottom.
