Lost a stack of Onyx bolts

Hi there, was just doing alchgility with roughly 1050 Onyx bolts(e). I finished an obstacle, and clicked to alch the bolts and the entire stack disappeared. I ran the entire course again as fast as I could and they were not on the ground. Tap to drop was 100% not activated, and it's very hard to drop items with press and hold so that's out of the question as well. Not very pleased.

I've already filled out an in game bug report but not sure what else to do. They're not in my bank and definitely gone from my inventory. Even if I dropped them by accident they should of still been on the ground on my next lap, but with no luck. Please help!!!!!

Have you checked that you might have equipped them on your ammo slot by mistake?
