I'm wondering if it's at all possible yo start over from square one and ditch the current character?
I.E. delete curren character yo begin anew?
Just wondering.

Just create a brand new account.
Jagex does not delete characters and game progress.

If you are prepared to wait for between one and three months, you can go through the full account deletion process.
It would enable you to re-use the login but it will delete your entire account (RS3 as well).

So, the quickest option is to just create a brand new account.
