I tried to retrieve my account and gave Jagex everything they asked for . I gave them my email and my password and the date when I started my membership and my debit card ending number which I used to pay for membership and my phone number which I play from and they still cannot retrieve my account. So sad. Planning on discontinue my membership tomorrow. Seem like jagex doesn't care anymore. Wish I can just call the support team.

If you know the password, why can't you just login?
Has the password been changed by a hijacker?
Are you getting some login error message?
What is the error message you see when you try to login?
Have you had recent access to the account?
When you try to recover your account, what message are you getting from Jagex? (you said they cannot retrieve your account).
Make sure you are certain about the actual login - getting the login wrong by even one character will lead you to another account.
You have posted in the Old School Mobile forum so, I assume, you are trying to access your account via a mobile device.
The mobile login page shows two choices:
* Continue with Google (Android) or Continue with Game Centre (iOS)
* Continue with Runescape account
Ok, you can edit your post and remove the email you have posted.
That information is not necessary and is a security risk when posted in public.
It sounds to me like you have not used the original method you used to log in when you created the preah riem account. You have instead been taken to a brand new account.
How did you log in to preah riem initially?
Did you click on the Google account option? Did you enter an email?
