Hi I can** play my game at all!! I have two concerns or people to accuse.
First off my x bf we played rs all the time he is trying to take everything he can
From me because he’s obsessed
Second might be a virus?? I recently took off my firewall on my pc to play runescape
Because it wasn’t allowing me online
and then my x but I have him blocked and I can** log into either of my accounts!!
He doesn’t know my pass we broke up right after but he knows my bank pin
I can*t go on to change it because it says too many attempts
I’m going to change my passwords right now thanks for letting me in
Now that I’m on my mobile device because my computer isn’t fast enough
To run off my hotspot usually plus the firewall issues!!
I want to help!! And I can** change my pin either !)
Help and advice please!! Changing password what else is going on ??? I can*t

I changed my password to a complex one with series of letters and numbers
And am trying to download an authenticator on my old phone
I’ve been hacked before and I certainly don’* want it to happen again!
Will the authenticator prevent their attempts and access me to play?
No one likes the feeling of being hacked
But its creeping up on me !!!
I feel slightly secure with this new password though!!
I better go check on my alternate account !!

Hello again
I have changed both account passwords
And my bank pin and told him to stop
I found out for a fact it was my x bf and not virus
Sorry I feel resolved on my issue however
But still don’t mind any open discussions
