Jagex plz fix the pm and bank chat issue on mobile. There's a glitch that happens main app and beta app.. I can try move/use items in my invent and the item gets stuck almost like I'm still holding the item. I have to close app to fix

If you are using the beta version of the Android mobile application you may expect some problems just like the one you are describing. There's a section on the official OSRS Discord where you are able to report your found bugs.

Take a look at their "known issues" section in their news post for all the known issues that the developer team is aware of. Known Issues - New Android Client Open Beta this does open a new window.
