i got hacked and recoverd my account only to find i had 199 defence experence...
was wondering if they could reset my defenece exp. back to 0 plz help any suggestrions

You are referring to your OSRS character.
Sadly, OSRS skills cannot be rolled back on request. You have to move forward with whatever damage the hijacker left behind.

I recommend you review your email, device and account security to prevent a hijacker from returning. Account security is paramount!
