Mobile old school error

My old school mobile app will not load. The X pops up. Then says error cannot connect to servers. I’ve done every thing I can to try to fix it. Uninstalled. Redownloaded like 5 times. Turned phone off after deleting. Then turned it back on. And redownloaded after my iPhone boots up. I’m on a iPhone XS Max.
