Mobile client randomly closing

Hey there, i've recently been struggling with random client crashing/closing.
It can be anywhere from 10 minutes logged in to a few hours and while without warning
or connection loss d/c notification, close my app straight to my phones home screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, using a brand new phone and never had this problem with mobile.

Good afternoon,

Have you made sure you are using the latest available client version of the application? Removing/deleting the application, restarting your mobile device and redownloading the mobile application often does wonders. Worth trying! :)

Make sure your mobile operating system is up-to-date as well.

Have you tried lowering your in-game graphics settings and frame rate to see if this has any impact? IF that did not fix the issue you are facing then feel free to wait for an upcoming update which hopefully will be upon us soon ( one that fixes the black screen issue and other performances boosts ) or reach out to the support team and/or bug team.

Joining the OSRS Discord is also something you could consider if you haven’t done so already for assistance in the mobile dedicated channels. yeah ive tried lowering fps turning down brightness but still randomly throughout the day, my client will close to my phones home screen. Happens atleast once at day especially if I'm doing Toa but has also happened in other scenarios that can be very untimely and annoying😅and that basically equals auto death.
