Moving from Android to PC

I'm on android playing osrs mobile but want to be able to play on PC, however, when I log onto PC using the same credentials it is a completely different account on level 1.

Do I need to do some syncing of some sort?

I looked up ways to do this but it only mentions how to move from game centre to PC when I created my account using a Google account instead.

Help me please!

Oh by the way it is not for the account I am using to post this thread, this is an old RS3 account.
