monster NPCs losing attack opt

i was at lizardmen and it happened to a couple of the monsters there

and then is happening now at brutal blue drags

didnt change attack options or anything

logging out and back in fixed the problem

Hi there,

Have you tried going to your options, controls and then choosing your NPC attack options? There may be something in there that requires changing for you to see your attack options again.
