Error connecting to server????

For some reason I can't even log into the osrs mobile app without getting an error connection screen when I'm on 4g or 5g, but with wifi it logs me in. Is there a solution for this and my mobile speeds alone are coming out at 94mbs so I don't understand

Check if you have mobile data usage enabled when using your mobile network (3g, 4g and 5g)
