its been a few years and I know all my account info and bank pin but the problem I have is I cant login to the actual email I have for the account and I cant login to runescape because I cant get the authenticator to work on my phone like I use to and when I go to the authenticator tab under my account setting it doesn't pull up the qr code so I can scan to login. any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you haven't logged in for a few years, you have probably lost your old Auth code generator.
You will need to disable the old Auth code generator and set it up again freshly.
However, this is a problem because you no longer have access to the registered email.

You will need to do a 'recovery' on your Runescape account in order to get everything sorted.
A recovery will allow you to register a new email to the account, make you set a new password AND it will auto disable the old Authenticator.

Go to the Changing your registered email support page and follow the instructions under "Don't have access to the registered email?"
