When I open the osrs app and click to sign in it tells me my account is disabled. But it only happens on my personal phone. It doesn’t even give me the option to enter an email before it gives me this message. I have logged on to the RuneScape website perfectly fine and used another phone and the web browser to log into the game. I can login with no issues and play just not on my personal phone. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and still get the same message. Any advice on how to fix this? It says it’s been disabled but it really hasn’t.

Being 'disabled' means that account in particular is banned from the game.
For your prefered account, make sure that you type in the correct login credentials or sign in through the correct service (Google, apple etc).

See that’s the issue I’m having. It tells me that my account is disabled as soon as I click login with runescape account. It doesn’t even ask for my credentials. It just says the account is disabled. Like I can log onto my account from another device just not my phone for some reason

Did you create the account via the Runescape website, or through the mobile client on an Android?
Logging in with a social media account such as Google or Apple, (e.g logging in with the Google button) is not the same as logging in with a email and password.
You may have two different accounts there.
You can easily tell whether it's the same account or not depending on if the display name is the same. If the accounts have different display names, that means it's a different account.
The display name can be found at the ''My account'' page.

The disabled account you are seeing is NOT your regular account that you are able to access via other devices. It is a different account.
Your phone is 'locked' to the one login which, unfortunately, happens to be a banned account.
There is a method to unlock the phone from the single login but the account needs to be game login accessible in order for the player to do what's required.
I recommend you start on the
Forgotten login
support page and get a list of your account logins to see if you can identify the banned account.

This may not help as, I expect the account has a shortcut login (Google or Apple) and it might not even have its own login email/pw set.
These locked to phone logins are always accounts that have been created through Google Play or Game Centre and the player hasn't yet set an email login and password.
Are you able to see a display name on the screen (the this account is disabled screen)?
Can you check your Google account or Game Centre account from another device to see if you have a banned Runescape account linked? If you have multiple Google accounts/Game Centre accounts, check them all.
I'm having the same problem, my device won't even allow me to get to a sign in screen, just says disabled. I have 1 past banned account and 2 other accounts, recently seeing double XP coming up I figured maybe its time to work on my pure acc. While going through the logins to try and find my pure I must of logged into the old banned acc and now my device is locked up. I don't bot and accept that losing control of that acc to whoever and that they used it improperly means it should be banned, but I've been a member since 2007 with various accounts. How do we unblock my device? I've tried wiping all of my computer memory and OSRS cache files in order to start fresh but I must be being blocked by IP on OSRS side. Please help!
Start by making sure your device has a completely up-to-date operating system and you have uninstalled and re-installed the Runescape app.
Then follow the instructions I posted above about getting a list of your account logins through the
Forgotten login
support page.
Is your banned account listed?
Did you play the banned account through mobile?
Was it set up through a mobile app or was it originally set up on a pc/laptop?
Are you able to log into the banned account on a pc/laptop in order to check the 'Account Status' tab in account management? You won't be able to get into the game but you should still be able to check its status and offence history.
Don't post any confidential information here e.g. logins, but let us know how you go with these suggestions/questions.
