Using “X” amount from bank/GE

What is the issue?: I sometimes have issues with using the X withdraw when using bank. It also bugs out when I try to buy something from Grand Exchange. It changes the chat color to black and won’t give me the usual pop up box to type in the amount or the name of the item I want to buy from Grand Exchange
Where is the issue?: Bank/Grand Exchange
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No
