a friend of mine started playing on mobile but wanted to play on pc to use runelite but i think he forgot to do the process of getting a login email and he just unlinked his gmail, he used to login on mobile via google and i think thats what reset his account. Any way to fix this or revert it?

It's not possible to unlink a 3rd party login before a Runescape login name and password has been added. If he managed to unlink the Google account, he would already have had registered his new credentials to the account prior to. You can find more info here
