My account has only be played on in the last year using the mobile app. He has never been on a bot or any third party app. I was training thieving at the fruit stalls and received a permanent ban. After requesting a mistake had been made it was denied. This is my last attempt to save many hours of life. Please someone help.
You could try and reach out to the Jagex support team on Twitter but this will most likely end in receiving the same bad news. Jagex does review every ban they action (
proof)
and based on that take proper action against the account.
