Ok I’m close to giving up with this. Since the new update today I cannot access app. It gets stuck on the initialising part when the home screen loads, with the flames also freezing. So I swipe the app off and reopen and all I get is a black screen. I’ve tried deleting app and re downloading. Turning phone (iPhone 13 pro max) on and off, and nothing is working. Anyone have any ideas? Phone is also up to date. This has confidently happened after todays update.

Hey there,

They are aware of the issue and are looking into it. I'd suggest to keep an eye on their socials for more information regarding the problem. You are not the only one that is not able to play the game. Ooh, shiny things!
