Nex loot not appearing

I been killing nex on mobile and now twice I have had my loot from nex not appear on the ground. I was mvp of this last kill and received loot in the chat window but nothing appeared. I was out of supplies and stood off the side for literally the last 10 seconds of the kill does this have anything to do with it? What if i received a unique from mvp could it not appear? I've seen a few other people complain about this all in mass worlds btw. Just a player looking for help

Hello Shellum250,

First of all I am sorry by the inconvenience caused by this. This is the first time reading about such a thing happening to me. I am sure you did but just in case did you make sure to check every loot pile in the room before leaving? You could’ve accidentally overlooked the item you were rewarded as the mobile screen can be quite small; you easily miss a thing here and there at least that is the case for me.

Do keep in mind that Jagex is unable to return any items that you may have lost to you due to limitations. I am once again sorry. The grind continues.. Ooh, shiny things!
