Spent irl money on bonds so I could play osrs mobile. My laptop is currently down and won’t be able to get it fixed for a few weeks. I can*t redeem the bonds I bought and I think it’s complete BS Jagex. Help.

I'm in the same situation

Just paid £11.99 for 3 bonds not received

If I was made aware before purchasing that the pouch isn't available in the mobile version I wouldn't have purchased

I want a refund or to know as and when they'll be available to me
