Are there plans to release the Android version of both OSRS and/or RS3 via the Amazon Appstore, and using Amazon's payment system (Amazon Coins)?

Games seem to run just as well on Kindle devices (sometimes better), but as I understand it there is just some added programming to do to release and then keep maintaining the App up to date on the Amazon Appstore.
