App won't open anymore

Ever since the update for DMM Reborn I can't open the app on my mobile anymore, I get the black screen right before the 'loading page' but then it shuts down.
I have de-installed it several times and also cleared the cache but it doesn't seem to work.
Any feedback on this ?

Are you on a side-loaded Fire tablet by any chance? I am (7th generation which is built on Android 5) and it performs exactly as you state.
