I’m having an issue with my account it seems to have been reset to tutorial island and all my progress has been lost. I’ve been through all the usual suspected issues e.g logging in through Game Center, google, Facebook etc but they all started new accounts so I assume it can*t be a different log in. I recovered my old account from many years ago and started playing through the lockdown again last year but when I came back to playing again recently I discovered my password wouldn’t log me in (I had a warning saying my password may have been compromised) so I’ve changed it and logged in hoping to continue my journey only to be taken to tutorial island. I still have the email from 30/4/2020 requesting the password change so I know it’s the right log in email address. Can anybody shed light on this it would be much appreciated.
