Hi i have a event suggestion i would like the mods to have a look at and if you are able to pass along to jagex please. With everything going on with covid 19 and every thursday everyone claps for the nhs outside, I was wondering if there was a simular thing we could do on here? withing runescape as an event. where a bunch of players willing do do the clap gather and use the clapping animation or if jagex makes a NHS cheering emoji and for every player that shows up jagex's donates £1-£2 per, player that shows up to the covid-19 research charity. I doubt this would happen but i thought it was worth a shot asking. A few mods will need to attend otherwise most player will not bother and maybe have a added content to membership where we can pay 2 pounds more for the mebership if people choice this option but that xtra £2 goes to the charity?. It's certainly hard to gather people together without a little boost, but I love your enthusiasm. Additionally, there's a lot of careful planning that goes into Jagex's monetary donations and their Covid-19 relief efforts are already underway.

If you wanted to host such an event, check out the main events thread for a pinned post detailing how to make your event great. Then, post your own thread detailing everything we need to know about how to join you! Make sure it's far enough out in planning that you have time to advertise it to your friends and people here on the forums or in-game.
