So let me get this straight, you are giving away around 180m in prizes, and as entry fees you are only charging a maximum of 960k? The generosity is staggering, but why?
I would personally suggest rather that the entry fee should be more like (player total level) x 1k, so between 36k and 2736k. For someone with a max cape, a 2m entry fee really isn't that much.
Presuming most of your entrants would probably have about 1500 skill total on average, if you got 64 people to enter that would be about 100m in entry money.
If you wanted to be really generous you could then offer like 75m for first place, 10m for second, 5m for third and 1m each for 4th through 10th.
Just how I would think to do it myself.
