Yesterday 11/27/23, before server reset I did all my daily challenges the night before. Then after reset I did the seasonal quest, and got 2/3 letters to Santa; one from talking to the imp and one from skilling in the area. How can I get the daily challenge one from already doing my dailies from between the quest being put into game?

Right click the imp, Clementine, and choose "Do you have anything for me?"

I tried that, the one im missing is from the daily challenges the night before the event went live.

I also completed my challenges for the 27th before the update, and I was able to claim my letter for that day from Clementine, after the update, but while it was still the 27th on the game clock.

Since you posted this in the 28th, and were unable to claim your letter from the 27th, it looks like you'll have to buy a replacement letter from the Christmas Spirit Shop.
